The tenant management form has a clean and obvious layout, which is quickly understood by most users. Other pages can be accessed to manage transactions, but the main form is not cluttered up with all that information. Clean and simple is the key to ease of use.
You have and can review a complete tenant payment history. You also may review a complete history of other defined transactions (warnings, eviction notices, or whatever you choose to record).
Free Format text input section enables complete recording of any particular information that you wish to keep recorded. And, as with the Building and Unit forms, you can enter and execute any file information associated with this tenant without limit. Keep a picture, or a link to their website, or a scanned copy of the lease, or anything else.
