The tenant screening module makes it possible for you to manage your applicant contacts. The form facilitates screening and permits you to keep all the contact information on the tenant in one place. As you screen, The Property Manager will output requests for rental or employment verification, with one click of the mouse.
After you have collected the necessary information about this tenant, you may accept or reject them. If you accept them, The Property Manager will output a lease and a welcome letter, and will handle all the details of entering them into the system as a new resident.
Should you not accept them, The Property Manager will output an appropriate rejection letter. In any case, you will have a permanent record of the screening you performed on this tenant, which you may review at any time in the future.
