You have complete point and click processing of Cash In transactions, automatically linked to the right tenant or facility account. You may choose to enter income by selecting building and unit or by tenant name, selecting from all tenants or only from the tenants in the specific property (your choice)

The program is preconfigured with several different income categories. In the Corporate Edition and higher, and in the Corporate Hosted Edition, you can add your own categories.
